Badges were each marked with station badges to help set them on correct starting experience.
People revolved around four stations where they learned about business initiatives and they received microchip stickers to put on their "flux capacitors". Here is the front and back of one.
5x7 postcard desk drop invitations. the gears and the "your mission" is a blind varnish which you can only see at certain angles.
Ok this was me just looking for cool shots, we had a raffle for everyone who completed their missions and we drew the winners from our home made "radioactive" dry ice barrel.

Once we had enough power to get to the 1.21 Gigawatts the entire room went dark and we sent our business leader into the future.

And yes we had a Delorean for the Finale for people to take photos with the business leaders (pictured above). I hand picked spot on wardrobe matches to match the movie as possible.
